Can I upgrade/downgrade?
Absolutely. A lot of our clients start out on the £99 per month social media package and then switch to another package when they start to see results. Please let us know before the start of your next billing date if you’d like to upgrade/downgrade, and we can take it from there.

However, when it comes to pricing, we’re very flexible, and if you’re simply looking to switch out a Twitter account for a LinkedIn account, for example, then our Startup (£99/mo) or Business (£289/mo) should be enough.
What happens if I make a late payment?
If you’re signed up via Direct Debit, we’ll automatically take next month’s payment when it’s due. If the payment fails, we’ll suspend work on your social media channels until the payment has cleared. If you’re paying via an alternative method and you’re late in paying, we would have to suspend our services until payment is updated.
Why do you take payments via Direct Debit?
At UberRez we’re passionate about doing a great job at a good price.
That often means we have to cut out the frills – we don’t have a fancy office, we don’t meet our clients face to face, and we don’t use payment vendors that charge over the odds for handling clients’ invoices.
Our £189 per month social media package is cheap, but once you’ve factored in the cost of our time, tax, and software licenses, margins can be tight.
So when certain payment vendors (like the popular one that begins with Pay and ends in Pal) charges us £5 to handle each client transaction every month, our profit margins start to wither.
At the start of 2019, we decided that enough was enough – U.S payment firms are squeezing small business owners, and we went off on a mission to find a cheaper, better alternative.
By working with the brilliant team at GoCardless to accept Direct Debit payments, we can save money on invoicing and admin, and pay as little as 50p per transaction. That’s ten times less than the next major payment vendor.
You can sign up to GoCardless with a personal bank account or a business bank account, and your details are encrypted. We don’t get to see your account number – we just let GoCardless process a monthly transaction.
We don’t have to send an invoice every month – payments will be automatically taken on the same day every month unless/until you choose to leave UberRez or change your package. Just let us know before payment day.

Are my social media login details safe when I send them to UbeRez?
For most clients, we won’t actually need your social media login details – instead, we’ll ask you to connect your channels to our scheduling tool, where we can post on your behalf.
In some circumstances, we’ll need direct access. We recommend that you send passwords via an encryption tool like Dead Drop. Once we have your details, we’ll keep them locked in a secure vault (LastPass), which is encrypted and protected with two-factor authentication. If you choose to cancel your plan or take a break from UberRez we’ll remove your passwords right away (but we also recommend changing them).
How do you offer customer support?
As a low-cost social media marketing agency, we offer customer support via email and WhatsApp exclusively to keep costs low and ensure a great service. These are the faster ways to deal directly with your DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER

What if I don’t have an account on a particular social network?
Don’t worry.
If you don’t have an account on one of the networks we manage, we can talk you through getting set up.
We can also offer a free profile design service where we’ll create a header image for your channels and recommend an optimised bio.

Before you get started with UberRez we like to ask a few questions.
This helps to keep us on the right track and ensure we’re creating/curating content that really reflects your brand.
